It was ordered by my daughter for me. She was replacing the phone cover she had purchased for me at Christmas as I have a new larger phone now. When she ordered at Christmas time the phone case came in glossy finish. This time when she ordered she thought she was getting the same thing however it came in a matte finish. So we are both disappointed. The matte finish is very slippery to hold and I’m afraid my phone won’t be safe in it. I was going to have it replaced as we are not sure why it came matte this time instead Of the glossy finish that came on the last case. She ordered the same way and was expecting the same finish

It was ordered the exact same way as the first one and the first one was glossy and this one is matte
I would like a replacement with a glossy finish. I am happy to send back the one I received with the matte finish that I feel is slippery
I don’t order on my own cause I’m not good with that stuff. But both of my daughters and my son order gifts for me all the time. And my youngest daughter just ordered all her wedding save the dates and her invites from you. They order, I pay. So that’s why I am a good customer
