I ordered * sets of custom coasters made from my artwork. They arrived in * separate packages. Last one arrived Sat., ***** and the package was torn open on two sides. * of the * coasters inside were water damaged and pieces of the graphic coaster faces were cracked off.*The image of the building was not centered on the coaster as they have been in previous orders. * of the * coasters of the covered*bridge were not trimmed properly and were crooked on the coaster with a gray strip across the top. Previous orders have been fine. I think the coasters were rushed with your huge volume of sales during this holiday season and quality control was not followed.*I feel that either a credit is in store for the*package of * coasters or the order should be*redone at no cost. *My order *************-*******. I will be*happy to send you images of the damaged coasters if you wish. Thank you. Janice Thomas.

I called Shutterfly customer service directly and only waited * minutes to speak*to a representative who said they would send a replacement order.
