The issue in GetHuman-whymex's own words
Headphones just stopped working. They have had very little use and are in perfect condition, but no sound. The Sennheiser warranty is for two years. I purchased them on Amazon Feb **, ****.

GetHuman-whymex did not yet indicate what Sennheiser should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-whymex fixed the problem
Since the phone number that Amazon gave me was not the same as yours I searched for any other option and found this solution. Sennheiser has a product service portal which I found very confusing but finally found the page to enter my product information and print a ups label to send my headphones in. I was surprised when dropping off the box as there was no cost to me.
