Hi my name is Ashley Green and i am having trouble claiming the tickets for the Green Day, Weezer, and Fall out boy concert that i purchased back in February of ****. When try to claim the tickets it gives me the notification that the Dynamic link does not work and it tries to have me claim them through google firebase which i don’t even know how to do. I am starting to get very frustrated so I was wondering if there is any way that you could email my tickets to me so i can print them off. If you can’t to that then could you perhaps mail them to me?
