I called seatgeek on Friday night and spoke with an agent who I believe his name was Jacques. He was actually very nice, but was supposed to speak to someone higher up than him and he was going to call me back. It is regarding Order **P*-D**QD*. My name is Steffany Jump. I called seat geek and spoke to Jaques. I explained to him that we drove over *hrs after a snow storm and I even made sure that the concert was still on before we left so we get to the hotel which was connected to the where the concert was being held. I pull into the parking garage which was for both the concert and hotel. I was told that they literally cancelled the show ** min before we arrived. So now I’m upset crying cause I have such high anxiety and drove all the way there with * kids and they told me the hotel doesn’t refund unless you call ** hours before your reservation. I literally had a nervous breakdown in the hotel lobby. Jaques from seatgeek knew I was so upset and then he said the reason was that Travis Scott was sick, obviously that’s not the case, but he said they were rescheduling and I said I can’t make it on March **, because I have surgery the following day and he knew I needed and wanted a refund. But nobody called me. So now I’m upset. I want a refund or I will go on Twitter or wherever I have to to complain about this. This wasn’t fair of Travis Scott to do and Seatgeek should allow us as customers to either get a refund or be fine with a reschedule. I don’t really have a choice with a surgery scheduled. Believe me if I could make it with my * kids I would. Because this concert was for them and now they are disappointed. And it’s just me raising them now. Their father, my husband passed away unexpectedly last year on *-**-** and I knew the anniversary of his death would be hard so I bought these tickets knowing that they had something to look forward to * days after. So now I’m dealing with guilt. So if you could please just refund my money I will leave seatgeek alone, but if I don’t hear back or see a reimbursement within the next ** hours, I will have no choice but to make sure the public knows that seatgeek shouldn’t be trusted to buy from. Seatgeek....My phone *is ***-***-****. I don’t want any drama, We are still grieving, but I think it’s only fair I receive a refund.
