If your purchase is eligible for refund, you can proceed by navigating to 'My Tickets' in your SeatGeek account and follow the prompt for 'Request a Refund.' Afterwards, SeatGeek will process your refund back to your original payment method.

The 'pit' area at concerts typically refers to a standing room only section located immediately in front of the stage. Most often, there aren't seats in this area as it's designed for fans who prefer to stand and dance during the performance. However, the exact configuration can vary from venue to venue, so the 'pit' at one concert may have seats, while another may not. If your order could not be processed in SeatGeek, a pending charge might appear on your account. However, this is not a real charge and it is only temporary. It is called an authorization hold and is usually removed within 24-48 hours, allowing your bank or credit card company time to confirm the failed transaction. During this time, no money is taken from your account. You do not need to do anything to stop this pending charge. If the charge does not drop off after a few days, it would be best to reach out directly to your bank or credit card company, as SeatGeek has no control over how long they hold these authorizations.
