Dear Sears,**I ordered a chest freezer on May *, ****. At that time the website said that it was in stock (that was false click bait). Upon ordering I was told that it would be delivered on June **, ****. On June ** Sears called to tell me that I would get a call about my delivery on Friday June **, ****. On thursday June **, **** Sears texted me that the delivery date was postponed until July **, ****.**On July *, **** I was told to expect a call that night to let me know what time the freezer would arrive. Then I received a text stating that the delivery was rerescheduled to *********.**Sears should not apologize, Sears should FIX THE PROBLEM! Deliver a freezer! I ordered it on ********. Stop with excuses, FIX THE PROBLEM! Sears has sent me * emails regarding this order. They are all dishonest placating drivel. Do something.**Regards,**Steve****.***.******PS: Do not call me to apologize. Call me with an honest solution.
