Sears Customer service it so **** when I call it go to India out off the country I purchased the mattress ******** schedule to delivery ******** which they call to reschedule on ******** at *:**pm con't not delivery which is fine but next thing later they are call in to delivery on ******** and I OK with that then I have to taken time off from my job for stay home get delivery on ******** as I expecting it delivery on ** but early in morning on ***** they are call in con't not delivery as I expecting it and when I call back it goes to India customer service and the more I have conversation with them and more I get Frustrated I try to call it ** time still have same sure con't be get results I gave up I when back to sears store at willow Grove Pa. to calcellations order when I got to store I told the sale person that sole the mattress what's happen to my Order she got info from me she went back to check what happen after she came back gave me $**. off I said I don't want it if con't making delivery by ***** I want it cancelled everything after I had conversation with sale person even cost me escalations with her even I have to said some of bad languages on the front other customer she said she get mad because I cancellations my Order she con't making no money and wasting her time for her self even more we talk it continue escalated I told her I need the receive my cancellation I have no more time I really mad and so so angry with sears customer service Experian they out class how to deal with customer that already had abad day with this escalation it could be turned in violent Sears they need Employee Training how to deal with issue and keep promises customer satisfaction.
