I bought a compressor on Sears.com thru order number *********. I received the product when it was raining and in the dark. The next morning I noticed the full rear shroud(part * E******) was cracked. I called and spent * hours on the phone and was told I would receive a new shroud at no charge to me in * *** to * weeks. I never received. I called to follow up and spent * *** hours on phone, and got only frustrated. Called a third time and still nothing except the run around. Unless this can be resolved quickly, I will NEVER buy anything from Sears again, and will tell other people, if they ask, not to. I spent ** years in retail, and this is very poor customer service. Maybe you can bet me the part at no charge. I guess we will see.
