I want to speak to management in regards to your repair service. It took * months to repair my dryer, and two plus repair techs. While repairing dryer tech broke the inside light bulb and left broken glass on floor and I cut my foot.*When the second tech came and repaired the dryer he did not replace the bulb plus the dryer exhaust hose keeps coming loose because they did not install the exhaust clamp, they left it sitting on the washer. I can not get anyone to come back out to install these items. They keep shuffling me to different people*departments. I’m tired of your lousy service. I want someone out immediately and replaced the light bulb and install the exhaust hose properly.
