Tell your employees if they don't want to do their jobs they should quit. If I have to do their jobs I will start demanding to get paid for it at the rate that I get at my job and it will come out of their personal pockets.

YOUR TRYING TO MAKE IT SOUND LIKE ITS MY FAULT)
