I need to return * items and when trying to do the return online it wants to charge me. I took the items to KMart and they couldn't find it in their system because it was shipped to Sears and I was told to send it back through the mail. I want a return label so that I can return it for free. The shoes are too tight and the blouse is not the one I ordered. I have been calling customer service for several days and stay on hold for an hour each time and no one ever answers. please call me at ***-***-****. my order number is *********. Thank You
