Purchased a Sterns and Foster adjustable bed (model * ****** Reflection * double* serial * ************** on Mar *, **** and it is missing mattress retainer bracket.
GetHuman2894811 did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
I resolved it myself. Hire humans and get rid of the robots.
