I was trying to get them to keep their word that I can skip Feb. Payment. ... I contacted Sears in February stating I need to skip February payment because Im going through hardships I was told that would be okay and there would be no late fee added. I have been charged for February anyway.keep getting different answers by different people.
They don't realize that I cannot pay double payments.
Please stop Double billing me I can't pay it anyway
