Hello, almost a year ago we called you for a service on our dryer and you guys ordered a part that got sent to our home. We decided to junk our dryer and buy a new one rather than use the part to fix it. We were told by a sears rep to have ups pick up the part and we would receive a new bill in the mail with the adjusted price. We got another bill for the same price of ***.** when it was suppose to be adjusted to *** for the service and not the parts and service. My husband called customer service and we were told we had a balance of * dollars and did not owe any money. I now have a collections agency trying to collect the *** dollars. I will not pay for a part that I sent back to you. I will pay the *** dollar service charge but I need a new bill in the mail. Every time I call customer service I am told something different. All I want is a new adjusted bill for the correct amount. Please.
