I am writing today to let you know about the terrible customer service i have received at the store at Southwest Plaza Colorado. My son received a pair of jeans as a Christmas gift. We did not have a receipt, but was told that they were purchased at sears. I went to exchange the size and the cashier told me that he could not help me. He could see by the SKU that they were Sears, but because i did not have a receipt he would not be able to exchange them because without the receipt he did not know which store they were purchased at. What difference does that make? So now we have a pair of jeans that are useless. a total waste. I left there feeling like a criminal. I did not want any money, i simply wanted a different size. This is the second time this has happened to me at your stores. My mother has received the same treatment. I have shopped Sears for years, have bought everything from towels to dishwashers. I will not be shopping Sears anymore, and I am happy to spread the word of your terrible customer service.
