This is in reference to order ********** placed on September **th ****, for a wall oven. The oven was received damaged, I have attempted to return via and RMA number ************** and you were supposed to pick it up at my home. This never occurred, and you still have the charge assessed to my credit card. Simply put, I'm attempting to return the oven using an RMA number you provided so I can get my money back. I have dealt with your online email and get these nonsensical canned emails. I need resolution to this immediately
