September **, ******Dear Customer Service,* We have a complaint about the following stove*oven we purchased in good faith from you. This product has a major flaw which makes it unsafe. We purchased a **” Slidein Electric Range, ***********, from you on *******. **It was part of a brand new kitchen renovation we which take excellent care of. As only * of us, the oven only receives moderate use. **On August **, **** the front piece of the stove door fell off during the night. It turns out it is only glued on. So an oven you sold specifically for baking, where the door must be open and closed every time the oven is used, does not have a lip* shelf to hold it in place? The front piece is held on only with a strip of Velcro & glue. The piece that fell off was not broken and is in perfect condition. But there is no structure to hold the front piece in place, so we are forced to get a whole new door & front piece because of the design.**The front piece needs more support, that’s why it fell off ! Otherwise it will probably fall off again. * We feel a discount on the cost of repair, which is $***, is fair, as it’s the design. We paid the Sears repairman $*** on *******, (*******).
