Good evening,*My name is Matthew Bryant. I recently purchased a seven (*) piece outdoor dining set from the Sears located in Bowie, MD. On September **, **** my fianc* and I saw the set and wanted to purchase it for our new home. On September **, **** I had to acquire truck to fit the table set and pick-up a friend for assistance to place the item in my home. I was successfully able to purchase the item, but when I returned home the chairs were a different color then the chairs I purchased. My friend had already left and the truck had been returned before I discovered the chairs were the wrong chairs. I called the stores multiple times to speak with a manager. I was then told a manager would call me back. When I received a call back I spoke with the manager Julius Witner (unsure of the spelling). I explained the whole situation and Mr. Julius stated “What you want me to do about?”. Mr. Julius then stated that I was wrong and his employees was wrong. Mr. Julius then stated “Ain’t nothing I can do about it”. He then advised me just get back and get your money back. I just wanted to speak with someone regarding this purchase and my interaction with the manager. I am extremely disappointed I have had to make four (*) trips to Sears, acquire a truck twice and get assistance lifting merchandise twice for a set which I had to return.**Respectfully,*Matthew Bryant *(***)***-****
