Since Sears has a contract with the *rdparty delivery company, SEARS (not the customer!) needs to ensure that the items are delivered. There appears to be a case of FRAUD here and I PAID Sears directly in good faith that I would receive ALL of the items I PAID for! I received only HALF OF MY order!
