Hello Sears Team, I ordered a car battery on Aug *th on Sears.com. When I called the Sears Automotive store to confirm my install date*time, they told me that they cancelled my online order (why, I don't know) and that I would have to come in store to buy battery locally (which I did). In meanwhile, Sears.com com went ahead and charged my debit card and the money was pulled from my checking account. So, basically I was double charged. Ever since this date I've called numerous times and have spoken to over * different customer service reps. NO one has taken any ownership (constant script reading, and no action), nor do they have any idea where my refund is or when it will come. As of today, it's been ** days !! Can someone kindly take ownership of this issue and facilitate a refund to me, while relaying that you've gotten this email and a status. Thank You , Mike Ridout (***-***-****)
