Call *:** pushed to *:** waiting till *pm, no show or call. August ** call scheduling tells me ticket still shows open can not help me wait ** hours and routing will call me.Wait two days. Call August ** said they can not help me. Refer to *** ***-**** another number they tell me ticket never closed, will check.??? Call August ** need help no oven please help. They schedule another appointment for August ** between * and **at home waiting for three hours start calling pushed out till *:**. Call ***-***-****at *:** no technician, no call. Can not tell me what happen but reschedule for September *th. Asked to speak to supervisor talk to Jay Lee in scheduling. can not tell me what happen, then try's to say not home. Been sitting here three hours no one ever came. Verify address phone number everything correct.I have been a Sears customer for over ** years never had this problem with service call. Asked Jay Lee to resolve this problem offers me gift card but no resolution. Will check and call me back. I need a technician to service my oven that will actually show up and repair my oven. What has happened to your wonderful appliance service? Nobody seems to care and correct this issue.
