The issue in GetHuman-pritamr's own words
Hello,*We had service done on our refrigerator on *********. The unit no was **** , SO*********. The guy named Humayun was most inefficient, arrogant repair guy we have ever seen. I have already done a complaint. *We had leakage of water plus two parts of our refrigerator broken which needed to be replaced. He came and did wrong diagnosis of leakage of water. Took $*** for labour charge to fix it. But the water was still leaking. He ordered for two parts that needed to be replaced. But he ordered for one wrong part . So we complained about it.*He came back again on *********. Said he did wrong diagnosis on first day...now he needs more than *** dollars to fix leakage and he just didn't want to return the wrong part at all and was asking for around $** dollars for the right part. We pleaded him to return it...and somehow he agreed to return the part and adjusted the price of wrong part with the new one. So we paid $**.** for new part on *******.*Today on********* he came back again to fix the right part and again he was asking for more money...apparently we are still supposed to pay more money as we had only paid for **percent for the part.**This guy is extremely arrogant ....inefficient with his computer, did complete wrong diagnosis of leakage which was our main problem with refrigerator and according to him ..the sears site on his computer was not showing the right diagnosis on first day. So he said its not his mistake. I have spent almost $*** after **% reduction coupon and still our leakage is there and has become worse now. **Today he was asking more money even after paying for all the parts. Apparently, he has completely forgotten about the adjustment of money for wrong part with the price of new part.He used '*******' word too. Asked us to keep our voice low.**After three days and really bitter altercations with this guy....I am asking for refund of the labour charge and diagnostic fee...which i paid for him. He did the wrong diagnosis for which i had spent money....I could have bought a brand new refrigerator on first day...if he had told us on first day that its going to cost more than $*** to fix the leakage.**Today his behaviour was outrageously mean and arrogant .I still don't know how he asked for more money after paying for everything. Why would I pay for the wrong part he ordered for?He gives hand written receipt which are not explained properly...like print outs. **I have another request...Please don't send this guy ever again to our house. We are permanent Sears customers...we might need its service again but don't want to see his face again. To be very frank I feel very very scared and uncomfortable in his presence.**Thanks,*Pritam Roy**** *** ****
