The issue in GetHuman973435's own words
Sears Home Warrenty: ******** Contract number *This company is the worse and needs to be run out of business. They hang up on you, transfer you all over town and you cannot understand the Philippian representatives. The technician was awful. He sat outside over two hours totally dismantled my AC unit and then said he could not fix it or put it back together. Then...he stole the parts to it. Left it in a crumbled mess. When I called all day I finally got a manager. Only when I complained yeh technician finally ordered the parts. I am not sure why he stole my parts and dismantled my AC unit. I am very angry and I will complain to whomever will listen to me. They do all of this Tom foolery not to replace your unit. I can see why sears is going bankrupt and out of business. Sears is an awful company and so are the people they represent. I have been without AC now * days waiting on Sears. It will be * days before it is maybe fixed.
