Hello.*I ordered a part from Sears Parts Direct on Friday, Aug *, ****.*Order Number: W********I received an email that this part was on back-order. **Sunday, Aug *, ****: I called and cancelled the order. Spoke with Danica. I was informed it would take * business days to cancel and refund my money.**Wed., Aug *, ****: I called again to follow up on cancellation. I was told I was in the "queue" for cancellation and it would be **-** hours.**Thurs., Aug *, ****: I initiated a chat online at Sears Parts Direct with floor manager, Karlene. I was again told **-** hours. **This is completely unacceptable. The charge for this part has gone through my bank (Tuesday), even though I cancelled the order on the Sunday prior!**Amazing how you can take my money within a * hour period, but can't refund my money after * days.**This is simple data entry and should happen immediately. **I asked for an escalation but received no assurances.**Unhappily,*Shirley Morrow
