Talked to supervisor Odie ************** filed review with bbb******* filed complaint with BBB******* e mailed suggested e mail from bbb (*****@***.com)******* went to part store front desk said is should have been replaced gave me more phone numbers ******* *:** pm called protection agreement number provided ****-*** -**** could do nothing said I need to talk to delivery they transferred me to delivery again ******* *:** pm transfer to delivery from previous call again said can’t do noting call chula vist store at (***) ***-**** helped by matt ************* *:**pm called chula vista no answer ******* *:**pm called chula vista again representative answered I told him I was told to call them for a replacement, representative said they would look into this and call back.******* *:** chula vista representative called back said they cannot do anything gave me another number to customer solutions ****-***-**** said call them push ** if they cannot help call back and they will see what they can do.******* *:**pm called customer solutions ****-***-**** told them I got damaged product I want replacement they said all sales final I told them I got lemon this is not what I paid for final sale was not on damaged appliance . he said schedule repair visit only thing available is aug ** I booked he said tech will come and if not repairable I will get a new replacement . rep said call back tomorrow to check on status and see if there is a sooner apt* talked to ishamale ******** he gave me case number ******** and ****-***-**** to call next day******* *:** am called protection agreement ****-***-**** pushed ** for lemon policy option talked to Melissa ******* she said sorry she cannot help she ha will transfer to customer solutions for further assistance gave case * *******.**:** am transferred to customer solutions agent lucas * ********:** transfer from lucas to Mara* *******.*Said try to ccall sister store in chulla vista (***)***-**** or imperial valley store (***) ***-**** for partial refund information.
