Long story short, we had our delivery canceled twice in * days because our address was too far. I drove up to the store twice to try and fix situation. Poor communication, poor customer service. Food has been thrown out due to issue. I have been lied to twice. I could type so much more but it will not all fit. You need to give us some type of refund for all the ***** ups, not just "we will escalate the issue so we can have better feedback to provide so this doesn't happen again". You keep dropping the ball and not bothering to diffuse the situation or doing the right thing. I am appalled at what we have encountered. We want Sears to give us some type of compensation for all the issues other than comping the delivery charge which should have been a given after the *st ***** up.
GetHuman-stdrwt did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
