My **-year-old father, John H. Allen, *** Elm Street, P.O. Box ***, Union, WV ***** (***-***-****), owns a Sears Craftsman Lawn Tractor CTX ****, Model No. ***.****** (** Gross HP Briggs & Stratton with **” Mower), purchased February *, ****, by Mary F. Allen for $*,***.**.**In early February of ****, I took it to the Sears Hometown Store, Rural Route *, Box **A, Ronceverte, WV ***** (***-***-****), for service. I left it there but received no paperwork. I called every two weeks over the next six weeks to follow up and was told each time that they were waiting for a spring to be shipped. Two full months after dropping off the mower, I was told that an oil leak had been fixed, but they were still awaiting shipment of a spring. I continued calling every couple of weeks, always being told the same thing. In mid-May I went to the store in person and spoke to Wes. Wes told me that the repairman was out on deliveries and promised he would have him call me immediately upon his return. I have heard nothing since that day.**I brought the mower in for service in February, thinking that should be plenty of time to fix it and get it back by the time my father needed it for mowing. If the store is unable to fix it, they should not have taken it.**We need to resolve this situation immediately.**My contact information is below:**Steven Dickson****-***-****
