I ordered a Kenmore Refrigerator by talking to a female on line. I measured the appliance correctly and the wrong dimensions were sent out. The driver came in to remeasure,,,,,, only to learn I measured ** in wide they sent ** in wide. when then frig did not fit it was not accepted and returned. did not come in my home. The order was canceled by Sears. All of the cancelling was *on March**, ****, and my money has been illegally held by your company. someone sent around $**.** , to my card. I called again today and several other days and I have not been fully refunded for about $***.**. The case no I was assigned is: *******. I have had to have people bring me food, ice, etc. because Ido not drive. I have been having to pay people to do things for me, I do believe sears should bear the burden as well as myself. When the records are checked anyone can see how serious this matter is. I will check with my attorney if I find you are not trying to make this right, I will start with the AG's Office for some answers.
