The issue in GetHuman-annavarg's own words
Customer called for service on Kenmore washer and was advised by service tech to replace both stacking washer and dryer. Order placed on February * with delivery and installation scheduled February *. Sears online cancelled and rescheduled for March * with no explanation. March * delivery and March * deliveries also canceled without reasonable explanation. A partial delivery was received on March ** but team was unable to install because the stacking kit and conversion kit were not on the truck. Customer had to order items in store. Finally, delivery team returned on April ** to install the appliances but could not do so because dryer was a gas unit not electric. Customer solutions refuses to return or exchange because purchase date was ** days prior. Appliances were left stacked in the middle of the kitchen where they pose a hazard and cannot be installed. This is unacceptable!!!

GetHuman-annavarg did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
