I tried to order from Sears on line. I entered one item in one color and it was difficult to go back and order the same item in another color. I went to check out and entered my email address. It said enter the code here and we will send a p***word to your email. An hour later and after * tries and only getting a search engine page I called. I got Mae, who barely spoke English. ** minutes on the phone, I ordered two pairs of pants. I spelled my name slowly, several times, same with my address and credit card number. She said my credit card was no good. I asked to speak to a supervisor ... they were all in a meeting. She said the computer was down. She told me to call back. I said have a supervisor call me back.
