I returned a part that you all received on ******** & I still haven't received my refund! ... I have called several times in the last month & noone can help me with my refund. I am very frustrated because I get the same answers everytime I call. I have talked to the Phillipines, escalation dept, parts dept & noone is capable of returning my refund!
It has been ** days since you received my returned part & I still haven't received my refund. I don't think it is fare to me the customer that you can't return my money even though you have the returned item. I feel like it is fraud & it is poor customer service.
for Sears to issue my return! and I mean issue it not transfer me to multiple people & say that I will get it in *-* business days. we buy all of our appliances, tools & children's clothes from Sears & we WILL NOT be buying from Seras anymore. They have been rude, hateful & will not help me and issue my refund. If anyone asks me about your company I will have to tell them the truth about your scripted customer service reps & how you are refusing to issue my refund after you received the rturned item almost ** days ago!!!!!!
