Respected Sir*Madam,**I think it goes without saying that Samsung makes great products, great hardware for smartphones and always try to innovate in new technologies. I have been an Android and iOS user for quite sometime and have a Google Pixel *XL and iPhone * as my daily driver.**Usually I stay away from Samsung because as much as I praise the hardware and screen, I never really liked the OS skin (Samsung Experience) but this time with the introduction of the One UI, you guys nailed it.**I finally saw a phone which is great in hardware, looks stunning and has good software. So I went ahead to order an S**E for myself and trading in my iPhone. As a matter of fact, I talked about the phone with friends and * of them wanted to trade in their old iPhones as well for an S**E.**But whenever I tried to place an order on Samsung's website, it would keep saying "In Process" and after a day or two it will be cancelled automatically. I tried using my card, my friends card, my another friends card from a different state, but nothing seem to work.**I tried contacting Samsung on twitter but unfortunately they couldn't help me with my orders and kept sending me the same number for order support, so I talked to almost * different reps at different times and they all would just recommend me to create a new account at Samsung and then trying to order again which didn't work.**I tried calling my bank and placing an order while on the phone with them, my bank confirmed that they actually saw the money leaving my credit card but again after couple days, Samsung declined my orders.**I asked to be transferred to security*fraud prevention department to see if I can help them verify something if needed to which the reps said that even they didn't have access to that department. And I have been placed on non ending hold two times when I asked to talk to a supervisor.**I am writing you to let you know that your order process really ***** as of right now. I am pretty sure if I were to buy * iPhones, Apple would have no problem accepting my payment and if there was a problem they will try to help over the phone.**There was a similar issue with Walmart before and even they talked to their security department and got it sorted out for me. I am not sure what is stopping your team to help out customers.**I obviously don't want anyone to get in trouble but I think as a cell phone company in today's competition, there should be more resources available to your team so that they can help out a customer.**For my case, I already lost the opportunity to get free Earbuds because all * of my preorders got cancelled and am not sure how long the trade in offer going to last but I would really appreciate if I can get the same $*** value for my iPhone * and the same for my friend. We want to buy an S**E. I am more than happy to pay with PayPal but unfortunately there is no option for PayPal when trading in.**Would really appreciate your help.*Thanks and Regards.
