I visited a team mobile store to take advantage of the Samsung promotion free buds when I preordered a s**. The representative said that the s**E was included. Once I received my phone, I went back to the store and had them assist me with the switch and package my s** which was a month old. We downloaded the Samsung app to submit my receipt. It wasn't allowing us to do so. The representative then called Samsung support, that representative clearly said that the s**E was included and the system was down, to try again tomorrow. Now when I went home I decided to call support again and an hour later, I reached a rude person who said that the s**E was not included and that even if I went into a s** or s***, I was not going to get the buds. I conferenced the team mobile representative to speak with the Samsung rep. They were pretty much arguing while I was on the phone. Even after I requested a manager. He yelled at the team mobile rep. And treated me with disrespect. All I wanted was ear buds. I was happy to stay with my s**. I want this resolved to where I get ear buds. I also want better communication between your partners and your associates. *Thank You for your help.
