I have been trying to get my phone replaced or refunded for thr amount i paid for it for almost four months. I have called about * three times a week and stayed on hold for approximately * three hours a day. I am currently on hold now. I was suppose to get a next day air mailing label to mail my phone back after they verified the amount i paid with a receipt that was sent over a month ago last Thursday. I still dont have the shipping label and i dont have phone. They waited so long that they didnt even have just the one step up to s-eight in my carrier. So now i dont have phone or refund check and i just keep getting put on hold and then asked to verify the purchase and you have EVERYTHING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Most recent ticket number is **********. But i probably have *** ten plus tickets. I just called for third time today and got hung up on and no answers or help.
