Help with my Sam's Club issue

Placed first online order on **** with order to arrive ***. Order number **********. Order did arrive on *** but was missing item number ******. Placed call to voice concern. Spoke to Princess who kept me on phone for long time insisting that the issue was with Fed ex. Said Fed ex would look into and call me back. Have not followed up nor has Sam's. At this point would like to credit item back to my account and refund my $**.**.
GetHuman-amychepe did not yet indicate what Sam's Club should do to make this right.
