Sam's Club's Return Policy
To get a refund, you need to include everything that came with your original purchase, including the packaging, accessories, manual, warranty card, and promotional gifts (if any).
You should have your receipt or the order slip that came with a delivery if you want to make a hassle-free return. However, you can still try even if you no longer have the receipt or order slip. Sam's Club will try their best to process your return even without it.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the reason for the return is damage that happened during shipping or a mistake made by Sam's Club.
If you made your purchase at a Sam's Club and the item is eligible for a refund, you will receive that refund in the same form of payment you used to make the purchase or on a Sam's Club card. - Click on "Sign In" at the top of the page.
- Log in to your account.
- Click "My Account."
- Click "Order History."
- Click on the order you are returning.
- Follow the instructions you are given.
By Phone
You can request a pickup return by calling the Member Service Center. Listen for the prompts for "SamsClub.com" and "returns." You should have your order and membership numbers with you when you call.
