How Do I Return an Item to Sam's Club from Their Cyber Monday Sale?

Sam's Club holds a regular Cyber Monday sale in which it discounts many of its popular electronic items. If you bought something from Sam's Club's Cyber Monday sale and need to return it, you can learn about Sam's Club's return policy and the proper return procedure below.

Sam's Club's Return Policy

To get a refund, you need to include everything that came with your original purchase, including the packaging, accessories, manual, warranty card, and promotional gifts (if any).

You should have your receipt or the order slip that came with a delivery if you want to make a hassle-free return. However, you can still try even if you no longer have the receipt or order slip. Sam's Club will try their best to process your return even without it.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the reason for the return is damage that happened during shipping or a mistake made by Sam's Club.

If you made your purchase at a Sam's Club and the item is eligible for a refund, you will receive that refund in the same form of payment you used to make the purchase or on a Sam's Club card. If you made your purchase from SamsClub.com, your refund will be made to the same account you used for the purchase. You cannot use the SamsClub.com return process to return an item you bought at a club. However, you can return a purchase from SamsClub.com to any Sam's Club location.

Making a Return

In Person

Go to the nearest Sam's Club location with the item and all of the accessories described above. Go to the service desk, where the customer service staff will help you.

Online

  • Go to Sam's Club's web page.
  • Click on "Sign In" at the top of the page.
  • Log in to your account.
  • Click "My Account."
  • Click "Order History."
  • Click on the order you are returning.
  • Follow the instructions you are given.

By Phone

You can request a pickup return by calling the Member Service Center. Listen for the prompts for "SamsClub.com" and "returns." You should have your order and membership numbers with you when you call.
