My local Sam's Club closed its doors after I purchased a membership. Which was approx * months ago. I requested a refund in which I haven't received yet. I was told that the refund would take * weeks. The time period has well exceeded that time period. I called yesterday ********* and I was informed that my refund hasn't been tagged yet. Here's my info:*Carolyn Isquith*DOB ************** Gavina Ave*Unit ****Sylmar, CA *********-***-*****A consumer waiting for a refund for this long period of time is absurd.
GetHuman-cjisquit did not yet indicate what Sam's Club should do to make this right.
