My name is, Douglas F. Knight.*My old original, SafeLink ZTE Majesty cellphone number was, ***-***-****.*After using the, SafeLink ZTE Majesty phone and number, for approximately two years. Do to a glitch in the, SafeLink ZTE Majesty's phone application. *I needed to have the, SafeLink ZTE Majesty cellphone phone, and number replaced earlier this year. By a newly shipped replacement, SafeLink cellphone: **UMX cellphone model U***TL *IMEI ****************SN ***TL************(With old SIM *******************)*And new phone number ***-***-******A week or two after I received the, SafeLink UMX phone model U***TL. *It inadvertently flew, out of my baby stroller* one morning while I was jogging, and rounding a sidewalk corner. The UMX U***TL suffered cracked glass! SafeLink technical support stated, that they couldn't replace it. Because, it was recently sent to me* to replace my original, SafeLink ZTE Majesty cellphone, that was malfunctioning. SafeLink customer service stated, that I could continue my SafeLink service* if I purchased, my own replacement cellphone. *I then purchased through, another cellphone, it is an:**Alcatel model A***Dl*IMEI *************** *SN *************** *SIM **********************I then had my, ***-***-**** SafeLink phone number, transferred several months ago to the, Alcatel model A***Dl. Just last week my, Alcatel model A***Dl started having, a touch screen sensor malfunction. And I couldn't get past the locked screen to get into the phone. So I called, SafeLink technical support, and requested* to have my phone number, ***-***-**** transferred back! To the, SafeLink:* *UMX cellphone model U***TL *IMEI ****************SN ***TL************(With old SIM *******************, and with the cracked glass.)* *SafeLink technical support stated, that they would need to send me* a new SIM card *(New SIM *******************) For the UMX U***TL with the cracked glass. *To change from the old carrier, Verizon to a new carrier, T-Mobile! *I received the aforestated, new SIM card via express mail, and installed it. Just last week I had the, SafeLink ***-***-**** phone number transferred from the:**Alcatel model A***Dl*IMEI *************** *SN *************** *SIM *********************(With the malfunctioning touch screen sensing problem!)**To the:*UMX cellphone model U***TL *IMEI ****************SN ***TL************(With new SIM *******************, and with the cracked glass.)**However, today when I was recharging the battery in the, SafeLink UMX U***TL. It firstly stated on the locked screen, "No SIM card installed". Even though the new SIM card is installed in the cell phone. Then it nextly, shut down the screen, and then the device. The screen went completely blank! Even if I press and hold, the on-off button for several seconds* it will not reboot! Now both phones, the SafeLink UMX model U***TL* and my self purchased, Alcatel model A***Dl. That I purchased through,* they are both malfunctioning! ***) Can I received another, SafeLink replacement cell phone? I know it's burdensome to, SafeLink, However in actuality I use very little phone service each year. I usually only make a few short calls each month! And I hardly ever need to use the, SafeLink data! Because there is, DirecTV Wi-Fi provided to me, at my residence.***) What do I need to do to keep my, SafeLink service going? ***) I have no working cellphone application, and can only correspond through my, ** email address right now! Will you please, email me instructions* as to how I need to obtain a new, SafeLink cellphone. And*or keep my, SafeLink account, and service going?**Thank you for your time, your consideration, and your prompt response!
