I bought a phone from SafeLink and it does not work. I have called * times and wasted many mins on trying to get some help. I want my phone to work. It does not work and I am ** years old and disabled, I have no phone. My number is ***.***.****. I need you to put mins back on my account due to having to contact you * times and still nothing is done. Charles Talley
