I try and call the number to activate my phone but it says there is no cell service. This is the phone number included in the box.
GetHuman2917399 did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.

*. I went out into the yard where I was able to receive a decent signal. ***. Once I had a good signal, I called the activation number on the inside of the box and everything was OK. ***. So I could make calls in the future from inside the house and garage where there was no signal, I set up the phone to enable *Wi-Fi calling.****. I went to *Settings" and connected to my wireless network.***. Then I backed out, and went to *Settings* again, and then scrolled down and selected *Wi-Fi Calling****. Under *Wi-Fi Calling,* I then selected *Update E*** address****. Enter your phone information in the fields where prompted, then compose a text message and text the word FOUR to ******. When you receive a response, enter that four-digit number in the box below the instructions on the page.***. Select CHECK ELIGIBILITY, then follow the remainder of instructions to enable Wi-Fi calling on your phone.
