My enrollment number is ********. They are requesting documents to verify my address. I have both emailed and uploaded my current water and electric bills. My current is status says these documents are needed. What else can I do?

Wait. Patience. It took * weeks to verify my address. I uploaded my current water and electric bill (that is what they ask for) but it took * attempts both email reply to them and uploading onto their website. I guess they are short staffed like many businesses these days. I applied April **. Approved May **. Now they say I will receive benefits in * to ** business days. May **st to the **th. Almost a month from applying to receiving. Patience is required. I am grateful for this service.
