I have questions on the proof and i think i may have * applications going on at same time because i have pulled up my account and got * different customer ids * ******** and * ********. On application i checked all benefits recieved and accidently checked section * housing. Which is not the correct program. I would like that removed. I have sent all the other proof needed ( First time * days ago )by sms text and haven't received any confirmation that it was received. I also sent confirmation yesterday again by sms text . sent to both customer id numbers
GetHuman-melsbadd did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
