Help with my SafeLink issue
The issue in GetHuman-curellv's own words
I want them to stop constantly texting me ,telling me i need to recertify,when i have already done it,twice over the phone,and once by mail.I want them to get some trained people to do an adequate job.These supposedly trained professionals,either cannot find a persons*Mine* recertification information,cannot clearly read a persons name,and not take the initiative to use a persons other information,such as address,birthdate,or home address.They oppted to stop my benefits in stead of helping me.On the site it verifies,there are over **.*** issues that are the same as mine.REALLY ! These Safelink Represenatives have made this same error over **,*** times,and the government who pay these employees to work for them,and to train them,are going unnoticed.it is more than obsurdly Ridiculous.
GetHuman-curellv did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
