I have only had Safelink Services for ** months and i have received so many texts,saying i needed to recertify.I have recertified three times in * months.Each time Safelink supports representatives,tell me either they cannot see that I did the recertifications,the last one I sent in,they said they could not see my name clearly,and they could not keep me enrolled,or give me my minutes and data,without my name being seen clearer by them.My address,enrolment number and birthdate,was of no help.They had to see my name more clearly.They have with held my benefits,and the only reason my phone is still even active,is due to myself purchasing the minutes and data,Myself.
GetHuman-curellv did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
