Yesterday afternoon I contacted tracfone to transfer my account from my current phone to another phone. They told me to wait * to * hours and if transfer didn't happen to contact them again. I waited and after said time I found that my current phone was not working. So today I had to go to chat on my computer to tell them neither of my were active. Now I have no phone service from my home. I simply asked that they turn my old phone back on. (***) ***-****. After a chat with tracfone agent . He told me to wait *** minutes and if it activate to contact them again. That was two hours ago.
GetHuman-rmartuza did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
