The issue in GetHuman-kstoneme's own words
I was told my phone (***-***-****) would be completely active and working by *:** eastern time. Which was a total of * hours. Not including the *.* hours of customer service. I have had a lot of issues. I called the first time and spoke with a woman to ask about transferring my old phone to a new phone. She went through the whole process and then told me i needed to buy a new sim for new phone. When i told her that would require me hanging up and calling back back. I asked if my current phone would continue to work and she said yes. But it didn't. And it wouldn't even recongize that a sim card was inserted. So i went to walmart, got a new sim card. And had the *nd representive assist me and even had to get a superviser.. They finally activated the new phone with seriel number ending in *****. But my minutes and texting is not working. And after calling back for the *rd time they said it would work at *:**pm.. But it still does not. This has been a mistake made by your company! I have had to lose out on money and go without a phone because of this. I need this fixed ASAP.
