I am written in concern to my recent phone replacement, I had my prior phone stolen and got a replacement phone from safelink wireless, My prior phone * was ***-***-****, I wish to keep my prior phone number, how ever trying to set up my new phone i get a message that I need to enter the plan code for the plan I previously had or something, which i do not have. I do not wish to receive a new phone *, what is this number that i need to enter and where do i get the number from?
