I mailed in an application over * weeks ago along with a copy of my ID, SNAP qualification letter to recertify. My previous phone number was ********** & enrollment ID*********. The phone I had never worked right & I could not make calls. My daughter called technical support many, many times to advise them of the issue. They were never able to resolve & were supposed to send out a replacement phone. That never happened so my service was canceled. I have been in rehab due to health issues for the last * months and I am bac home now. I desperately need a phone.
