I called august *st **** because I did not recieive my monthly minutes. I talked to represenitive for twenty minutes She said they would be on my phone by friday august *rd. They are not* I am disabled and this is the only phone I have and I*m going on ** days without a phone because I was called and said I had to recertify but really I didn*t have to yet and that conversasion used up all my minutes from last month.
GetHuman-tootsja did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
